I wonder if you can create courses with content where you also could create pdf files/print of each of this courses/section and only certain users/user groups can print/make pdf on the fly on these courses/sections? so it would be more of a info/education portal.

This could be used then for a comprehensive tutorial where you can let users also download pdfs and also print the content there.
