Manage - Lesson Templates
I can see the images of the 6 lesson templates images but I cannot see how to select a template and apply the template to a lesson. It is probably very obvious but I cannot see how to use them.

You go to the Lesson Configuration page.
Select All at once
Once you select that, you can select the layout.
The Templates page just contains images of the layouts to show you how they look.
