I put in an urgent ticket a week ago and I have heard absolutely nothing since - the ticket sits as unallocated. What do I have to do to get an answer? Did you ever get a response - I see this posting is over 3 months old. It would be one thing if I had purchased the low end product - but I paid for the Pro version... Asmund

I had same problem until I read in Terms and Conditions the following
"you can validate the product and install the extension plugins ONLY on the domain that you register in our system when downloading. This does NOT mean subdomains."
After getting 3 LITE versions which all did not register, I discovered I could continue to use it on my subdomain, however with no support.
IMHO, this 'tid-bit' should be included EARLY in the PURCHASE process.
