TOPIC: Prerequisites on Exams

I have set up exams that require a course exam to be completed first. Unfortunately, even though the exam has been completed, it is asking to complete it a second time. Can the system not remember the user's completed exams?

Hi, I am encountering a similar issue.
I have set up my course such that each preceding lesson is a pre-requisite for the next as this is a CPD requirement.
However, even after I complete and submit lesson 1 and it shows as Completed on the frontend when I try to move on to the next lesson, I get a message to say the pre-requisite is not met as lesson 1 has not been completed. pls help.
PS: on a related note, how do I edit the default text in green that appears after I complete a lesson.

Thanks. I have been trying to for days but even when logged in and psoting in this Forum, when I click Support - Create an Issue, I get this message:

Where else can I go to create a support ticket pls?

Hi Rob, I still cannot create a support ticket but you have emailed me and I have already given you access to the backend. Could you revert soon as I am on a tight timeline and simply cannot proceed if the prerequisites function is not working.
