TOPIC: Installation error

Hello,
I've installed the bought LMS King Pro I've downloaded yesterday but got an error message :Had a look with phpMyAdmin and yes, the table does not exist...

History : Had installed it yesterday without any problem.
Went to the installation procedure and the relevant system check... Why have I followed the recommendations ?
Setting up in php.ini the recommended value messed up all my sites !

After a long night searching the reason why all my sites were unable to show up, found the problem and solved it.

Now, when I got to component and try to enter LMS King Pro, I get an empty blank page...
Tried to re-install, uploading again the whole file and came up with the above given error.

If you have any idea of what I should do next, I would really appreciate your help.

Isn't there a company support for their customers ? only this forum ?

Since about 5 days now, I am waiting for an non existent support.
That's a really bad start for a new customer of the Pro version who is used to a more reactive support as form other bought Joomla! extensions (JEvents, RegularLabs, Hikashop, Akeeba, etc.).

Will find help somewhere else...

I asked you via email a couple of times to give me access to the admin so that I can investigate the problem for you.
