I'm facing a lot of problems using LMS King Professional.
These problems have begun from the start: installing the software. Before I installed the software I viewed the video a couple of times. I probably missed something, because after installing the software, the program didn't work. I contacted King Products, and they were very helpful. They reinstalled the software and it seems that everything was working fine. But later I found out that, because the program couldn't save a lesson, I had to do some extra installing. They mailed me that I had to install teachers- and assitants groups to save a lesson. I figured out that I had to install students groups as well. Then my question was what kind of rights should these groups have? Stil waiting for that answer. I created a quiz and published it in the frontend. When I click on the link of that quiz I get a perfect white screen. The html body code is empty. So I figure how does a proper installation look like? Maybe there is some sort of a manual I've missed on the King Products website. The LMS King User Guide (online) isn't making me happy. A picture of the modules dropdown menu in Joomla! made me aware that not everything is installed. How shall I rate a program that doesn't work? |
