How do you embded a youtube video in a presentation or Question?

Hi,
just install the allvideos plugin.
It does it all for you. You just enter the correct tag as per their documentation.

Where is this Plugin located?
why is not mentioned during the installation guide?
The manual should be complete? people cannot just guess what they have to install in order for the system to work.
I need full installation manual & location of all required Plugins please. (not only All Video).
